Matt spends his weekends on the back patio huddled around the smoker because like so many of you in Georgia...he has a passion for all things smoked! Fast forward a few months to when we realized that our malt provider at Riverbend malt house had a Tennessee cherry wood smoked pilsner and Florida orange wood smoked rye....the lightbulb went off! Always wanting to make an India pale lager, Matt felt like this was the perfect opportunity to get weird and make something awesome... and awesome it is! With flavors of smoked bacon, a smooth mouthfeel, and a crisp/tart finish, Back Burner is going to be something you will want to taste and tell your friends about.
